Project Manager

A fully competent project manager who will perform architectural design and development work for projects involving construction of new buildings and the alteration of existing buildings and facilities. Position responsible for coordinating architectural work for entire projects, including coordination of specifications, construction documents, administration and permitting.

Knowledge and Skills required:

• At least 3 years of experiance.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, materials, standards and codes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Windows and Office.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to work efficiently within a team enviroment and complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to consistently meet deadlines.

Project Architect

A fully competent professional architect who will perform architectural design and development work for projects involving construction of new buildings and the alteration of existing buildings and facilities. Position responsible for coordinating architectural work for entire projects, including coordination of specifications and construction administration.

Knowledge and Skills required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. Architectural license desired.
• At least 8 years of experiance.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, materials, standards and codes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; hand sketching ability desired.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to work efficiently within a team enviroment and complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to consistently meet deadlines.

CAD Technician

The position requires at least 3 years experience in commercial architecture. Must have proficiency in AutoCAD, windows and office. Individuals must be enthusiastic and eager to learn. Ability to complete work efficiently, accurately and with attention to detail.

Architectural Intern

The position requires at least a years experience in commercial architecture, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Must have proficiency in AutoCAD. Individuals must be enthusiastic and eager to learn. Ability to complete work efficiently, accurately and with attention to detail.
